Lillian Loeffler

Lillian M. Loeffler’s extensive experience allows her to approach the legal process with sensitivity and cooperation. Many times, her unique approach results in a successful resolution without the need of court intervention or court participation. However, in high conflict cases where court intervention is necessary, Lillian has the reputation of being an aggressive, highly intelligent, and strategic trial attorney protecting and fighting for her clients. She has experience in both the private and public sector of the law and dedicates a substantial amount of time to at-risk youth programs, domestic violence victims, and various other local nonprofit organizations. Lillian is a trained Frontline Professional in Domestic Violence Essentials from the San Diego Domestic Violence Council.

Lillian graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law with honors including the Wiley Manual Award for Pro Bono Legal Services. Prior to law school, she attended Mount St. Mary’s University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a minor in Pre-law studies.

Lillian is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Lawyer’s Club of San Diego, South Bay Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Women of Color in the Law. Lillian is an active committee member of the Lawyer’s Club of San Diego Community Outreach Committee. She serves as the legal chair for the San Diego Domestic Violence City Council. Lillian is also a board member for the San Diego non-profit organization known as Reading Legacies.

Lillian takes pride in being the mother of three boys. When she is not working, she spends as much quality time with her three boys and her husband.

David Loeffler

David practices all aspects of civil litigation with a specialized focus on personal injury cases. For almost five years, he was in-house counsel for a large insurance carrier where he learned how the defense attorneys attack and evaluate claims. After years of working as an associate for some of San Diego’s finest trial attorneys, he decided to join Loeffler Law. David was voted into the American Board of Trial Advocates which requires an attorney have conducted a certain number of jury trials and meet civility standards. He works hard to resolve his clients’ cases but has the trial experience to take on the defense when necessary.

David graduated from Thomas Jefferson Law School with honors and as a member of the TJSL Law Review. Prior to law school, he lived in Missouri where he played collegiate baseball and graduated from Saint Louis University.

David is a member of Consumers Attorneys of San Diego. He is involved in mentoring law students during and after completing school. He is a coach of his sons’ baseball team and tries to stay active with CrossFit training. When not working, he enjoys playing slow-pitch softball and chasing around his three sons.
